“30 lawyers decend on Alaska to dig dirt on Palin”
McCain put out yet again another false ad (my brain is gonna explode here soon) about Obama’s campaign, this time piggy backing on a OPINION EDITORIAL that appeared in the conservative paper Wall Street Journal which stated
“Democrats have airdropped a mini-army of 30 lawyers, investigators and opposition researchers into Anchorage, the state capital Juneau and Mrs. Palin’s hometown of Wasilla to dig into her record and background.”
This have been debunked by both the DNC and Obama campaign. Both state that ZERO people have been sent to “dig up dirt” as the ad suggests.
In the McCain ad, they refer to a Factcheck.org article that debunks Palin rumors, saying that Obama was spreading the rumors (which he wasn’t, nor was the article they cited suggesting).
The ad was so false, Factcheck.org put out another article, debunking the McCain ad that cited their previous article.
It’s a bit messy i know, hence the whole “brain exploding” thing…
